Client Need
- To grow its business in India, the client was evaluating an acquisition of its existing partner in India.
- However, it did not have the management bandwidth nor the expertise to evaluate the business and arrive at a value for the same

- Preparation of a business plan along with inputs from the target to showcase the business opportunity in India
- Analyzing and recommending viable transaction structures for the investments along with the pros & cons of the same
- Negotiation assistance during the term sheet stage to determine the value of the company
- Conducted extensive financial & operational Due Diligence to ascertain the accuracy and the integrity of the financial statements of the target in combination with the results of tax and legal due diligence
- Reporting the impact of the findings from the due diligence in the valuation agreed at the term sheet stage
- Assisting and advising the client on final negotiations with the target
