Italian manufacturer of automatic machines for reinforcement processing, for the production of electro-welded mesh and software technologies for all shaping centres.
Client Need
- Client was aware about the infrastructure development and growth in real estate sector in India as well as was confident about the potential for its machines in India.
- It already had an agent in Mumbai for western India and was planning to add more agents to cover northern and southern India.
Our Approach
- Provided assistance in identification of agents for different regions in India. We advised and assisted the client throughout the process right from identification of potential agents, selection, negotiations and drafting final agreement.
- Assisted the client in arranging introductory meetings with potential clients including real estate developers, infrastructure companies and steel companies.
- Further, our association also grew to incorporate a company for them to provide sales and service support and supply of spare parts for their machines sold in India.
- The Company has sold its machines to large corporates such as L&T, Shapoorji Pallonji, Unity Infra, Jindal Steels amongst others.
