About the Client
LeGI International SrL was formed in 1839. It started out as a small goldsmith’s workshop in the outskirts of Vicenza. It was restructured after the 2nd World War by Lelio Zoccai.
Zoccai, is that brand of LeGI International group, which offers gold jewelry with precious stones. The brand name Zoccai was adopted in 1996 by the group. Zoccai is the brand that brings gold jewellery with precious stones.
In addition to gem studded gold jewelry, the brand also brings with it precious stones, watches and pens studded with precious gems and other customized accessories which are embedded with precious gems
Client Need
Zoccai wanted to launch shops in premium Indian cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore and Hyderabad. In their second phase of operations they wished to cover other tier-II cities in India. In this regard Zoccai appointed Agre to find a distribution partner (s).
Our Approach
- Prepared detailed India market analysis report covering market size, market structure growth, trends, import regulations, competitor benchmarking (nature of presence, pricing, stores, promotional and distribution strategies.)
- Also arranged introductory meetings with jewellery manufacturers, big retail players, etc .
- We finalised one distribution partner who had presence in couple of major cities in India to market Zoccai’s select collection for India.
