About the Client
The client is a premium Italian hardware manufacturer for aluminium windows. It has branches and a sales network able to serve every country in the world, and has a catalogue of over 8,000 products.
Client Need
The client was not satisfied with the existing administration and control of its branch. Aware of the potential as well as the complexity of the Indian context, the client required support to assess the current situation of the branch and advice for the best structure to support its expansion plans.
Our Approach involved
- Assessing the current situation of their branch in India, in terms of fiscal compliance and structure, along with its suitability to support the implementation of GIESSE’s industrial plan.

- Implementing a new ERP that is easily integrated with the client’s ERP
