About the Client

One of the few global manufacturers that can provide complete solutions, both the mechanical and the hydraulic components, for several applications such as power transmission, fluid power, steel works and environmental dedusting.

Client Need

As the client was aware about the growth potential and its clients had already started manufacturing in India, it decided to set up its 100% owned company and establish manufacturing facility.

Our Approach

Assisted the client to incorporate wholly owned subsidiary in India and obtain statutory registrations including income tax, IEC code and registration for indirect taxes.
Also provided support services to the client including directorship, financial supervision, necessary annual compliances (RBI, Company Registrar, income tax and indirect taxes)
Assisted the client in obtaining equity investment from Simest (financial institution with an objective of international business development of Italian companies).
Its plant is located in Pune, Maharashtra and is its 2^nd largest plant outside Italy. Through its set up in India, the client caters to its customers in Middle East and SAARC area.
